B. THE AUTHORITY REQUIRES THAT the Filing Person serve on the Agent in accordance with subsection D of this section.
C. The Authority may appoint an individual to serve as the Agent for service of process on the Filing Person.
D. An Agent, for service of process on a Foreign Non-resident Person, may file a certified copy of a legal instrument (other than another copy of the same instrument) signed by a Canadian attorney. The authority, at its discretion, may specify the form of the legal instrument or the content of the legal language; other requirements or instructions for service of process may apply, including the filing of a certified copy if a legal instrument is signed by a Canadian attorney.
E. The Authority may serve as a Foreign Non-resident Agent for service of process on a Principal Non-resident if a foreign resident of Manitoba is the Principal Non-resident and the principal resides in Manitoba.
F. The Authority may appoint an individual as a Foreign Non-resident Agent for service of process on a Foreign Principal if the Principal (a) is a foreign national, or (b) is the person through whose domestic corporate structure the Principal is conducting business in Canada.
G. If a Foreign Non-resident Entity is the party to a foreign judgment, the Authority may appoint an individual to serve as an authorized agent, for the time being.
