If the owner of the structure has a permit for the structure, the permit shall be sought on or before the date of erection of the structure. If an existing permit has been obtained that permits demolition of an existing structure, it shall be rescinded within thirty (30) days after the date the existing structure is destroyed or demolished on the property. Failure to rescind an existing permit in any subsequent thirty (30) days shall be penalized by a fine of Five Dollars (5.00 USD) for each day that the permit has been in effect. 10. NOTICE OF REMOVAL/DEBRIEFING OF RECONCILABILITY One hundred twenty-five (125) days prior to the date the demolition or removal of the structure or other improvements required to be conducted under this Act occurs. 11. DRAWING OF NOTICE In writing to the owner and all persons interested in the proposed action, setting forth the requirements and penalties applicable, and explaining the reasons for the proposed action.
