What Does Permit Parking Mean? Permit parking is a system where vehicle owners get specific privileges to park in designated areas, such as residential neighborhoods, commercial spaces, or other urban zones.
TJC Parking Permits are obtained through the TJC Parking Portal where you can: Obtain new parking permit(s) Set up permits for multiple vehicles.
Parking fee: $40.00 plus a $4.95 processing fee - Fall and Spring Semesters.

Daily and long-term parking permits can be purchased online through your Parking Account. Hourly parking can be purchased through the Honk Mobile App or at pay machines and meters with cash and credit cards.
