First, a little more on the context; 100 E. Jensen Avenue, because I want to go back a little to the origin of this project. In the mid-1980s and early 1990s, there was a growing community here in Parkville. That was when they called it North Park. The North Park that was referred to was Parkville Beach. At that time North Park was in dire need of improvement. It had a problem of lack of parking and people having to drive to the beach. Those problems were addressed in that period of time. In fact, the community, the citizens of Parkville, supported this particular redevelopment. But, to this day, Parkville Beach is still looking for that perfect spot to redevelop. So, that's why I think there is this need and that this needs to be dealt with and that is why we are seeking a project permit. Mr.
