PAPERWORK AND REQUEST FOR PROGRESSION AL CERTIFICATION All paperwork shall be submitted to the Office of the Registrar by May 1, 2009.  Requests for certification in Rose College must be received with the registrar no later than May 1, 2009, to ensure compliance with all requirements of the Certification Program.  For further information, contact the Office of the Registrar If a student does not reach the registrar's office before the deadline listed above, no graduation will be recognized. In keeping with the requirements in the Student Code of Conduct, no person shall engage in any unlawful conduct that would interfere with the rights of any member of a Rose College or University staff member to exercise reasonable judgment, on or off-campus, and in response to the actual or perceived actions or conduct of a member of any other Rose College or University staff member. In addition, no person who has graduated from a Rose College diploma program shall: participate in any activities on campus; be employed by the school; join Rose College at any time; hold, obtain, and retain membership in, any Rose College, University official or association; or (for certain diploma holders with a spouse) take the oath as a Rose College or University faculty or staff member. It is necessary that the application and diploma documentation be completed within a reasonable timeframe of receipt.  The Office Of The Registrar is required to keep complete records of such information, all to ensure that programs and activities of all Rose Colleges are held to the highest possible standards of conduct.  The Office of The Registrar is also responsible for recording the following: any written discipline action taken against a student (e.g. dismissal from the curriculum, suspension from enrollment, graduation); any written discipline action (e.g. suspension from campus activities, termination of contact with the student) taken against an administrative staff member (e.g., leave, non-renewal of contract, disciplinary action, dismissal from employment, dismissal from position) or any other public or private institution or entity; any written complaint or complaint to the university or Rose College; and the name of the individual being investigated (e.g., faculty member, staff member, administrator).
