Each year, an “All America” time will be determined and published. Upon receipt of the accepted application blank, the swimmer may be announced as an All-America if they have achieved the published time. The fastest one hundred (100) ATHLETES with submitted and accepted times in each event will be named All-America.
This award is given annually to a High School Athlete who has demonstrated outstanding achievement on and off the field regarding strength and conditioning, athletic performance, academics, and leadership.
The All-America designation is an annual honor bestowed on outstanding athletes in the United States who are considered to be among the best athletes in their respective sport.

The fastest one hundred (100) ATHLETES with submitted and accepted times in each event will be named All-America.
Applicants must have swum an individual pool time equal to or faster than the 2024 Winter Junior National qualifying time in the 800, 1000, 1500, or 1650 freestyle during the SAA qualifying period (Sep 1, 2024-Aug 31, 2025, dates inclusive) with the qualifying times in SWIMS AND participate in the Open Water National
The Academic All American award recognizes students who have earned the degree of Superior Distinction (750 points); completed at least 5 semesters of high school; demonstrated outstanding character and leadership; and earned a GPA of 3.7 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
To be recognized as attaining All-American status, a swimmer must post the fastest time in an event/age group in at least one course of the three official courses as listed in the USMS Top 10 Tabulation or in one of the recognized Long Distance Championships.
Swimmers are selected as Scholastic All-Americans if they completed 10th, 11th or 12th grade, and achieve a 3.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 grading scale, and have swum a pool time equal to a Junior National bonus time in any event during the SAA qualifying period.
