These include those whose applications did not conform to the basic rules, and who were not informed of their entitlement to amnesty prior to February 29, 2001. Applying for amnesty will not eliminate your responsibility to the CSS. If you are no longer eligible for amnesty, you are still responsible with respect to your application. 2. If you would like to petition for amnesty, you must first complete a form called the Application for Amnesties, which can be obtained from the CSS. 3. Upon receipt, we will send you a copy of the application forms. After you have received our decision, you will have the opportunity to review the decision. This review is a confidential process which may last up to three (3) days. The decision may be available to the public only as a document released by the Office of the Law Student Professional Board (LSP). (3) The applicant must complete the form by signing on the back. 4. If you are accepted as a class member by the CSS by May 30, 2001, You do not owe any fines, interest or penalties to the CSS. 5.
