(d) The donor shall not provide any value directly or indirectly that would provide any benefit to one of the following: (i) a student-athlete, (ii) a coach (whether full-time or part-time), (iii) one of the institution's donors or a prospective donor of one of the institution's boosters. (e) The donor may, subject to approval by the institution's governing authorities, waive any of the above criteria in making a student-athlete or coach related gift or a similar gift to one of the aforementioned individuals. If any recipient accepts a gift of 100 in support of the student-athlete on or after the start of a calendar year, then the institution of the recipient must approve the donation within ten (10) days of receipt. If any recipient does not have a sponsor within ninety (90) days of completion of the semester at which the donation is made, then the institution must not approve the donation. (f) Donations to be received by a student-athlete shall not be considered a contribution to the student-athlete's eligibility, except as provided in these rules or as provided in the provisions of this agreement to the extent any such money is designated as a contribution to the athletics department.
