(ii) GSA may obtain written certification that the applicant has completed the appropriate application before the application for this authorization is submitted in accordance with § 25.15(i) and (ii) of this chapter. (iii) GSA will provide security maintenance service to this identification form only if the supplier completes and signs the form. (iv) If the person installing the security equipment or services intends to install more than one type of security software or device on one computer, the person installation may sign one form and return a copy of the separate form, which must be returned within 10 days to the GSA Filing Office. (v) The form must be signed in triplicate and accompanied by the appropriate certification (see paragraph (d)(1)(i) of this section). (e) Notice of security system availability and access procedures. (1) Each supplier, subcontractor, vendor, or other responsible party must notify GSA, on a form approved by the GSA Filing Office, of access to systems, procedures, and controls for the use of this Form 10-Q only to the extent and in the manner it will be reasonably anticipated to occur in the performance of the business of the supplier, subcontractor, vendor, or other responsible party. (2) Any notification required to occur through contract, agreement, custom, policy, or court order must include a description of the system access procedures that will reasonably be anticipated to be used by the supplier, subcontractor, vendor, or other responsible party when accessing the systems and procedures.
