B-3 A. Construction of the Facility — The General Contractor's License is valid from one year from the date of application, and you must provide proof of completion of all the requirements of the Utah Department of Natural Resources' Building Permit and Compliance Program prior to application date. — Proof must be on file with the Bureau of Safety and Hazardous Materials, as approved by the Director. — You must demonstrate competency in the use of and understanding and application of safety and health measures in construction.
