The lessee undertakes that should anything happen to the vehicle to be towed, removed, repaired or changed the cost of the removal, repair or change shall be borne by the third party. B: (1) The lessee undertakes:a. To take all reasonable measures to prevent damage to the vehicle or to damage to any object on it.b. to keep the vehicle free from rodents, flies, animals, plants or other pests;c. To keep the vehicle on a level footing and to take care that its doors and windows are locked and, whenever possible, not opened during the night.d. to have the vehicle fitted with a working radio.e. to use the vehicle with reasonable care, so as not to exceed the maximum permitted speed of 25 kilometers per hour and to drive it at a reasonable speed;f. To maintain all means of communication and the means of supply with ordinary facilities for its own purposes unless the condition in 2B (a) or (b) above is breached, in which case the lessee is responsible for such breach;g. To carry out all other reasonable procedures and to notify the company of any interruption of telephone, telephone line, fax, teleprinter, internet or other communication.h. to ensure the correct and timely arrival of documents and other information required by the company.i. to ensure in writing the payment of any expenses arising from the car rental.j. to make a thorough inspection, within 48 hours after a car rental application, and when requested to do so by the company, of the vehicle and make reasonable inquiries as to the condition of the vehicle and whether it is in a condition to be driven;the lessee agrees to use such reasonable time and endeavors to determine by telephone the reasons for any such delay (such calls may be terminated by the user prior to the end of such 48-hour period). 2B If an error in the condition of the vehicle is detected by the customer during the car rental and is subsequently rectified in the lessee's favor:a. The lessee does not incur any additional charges; b. the company shall pay to the contractor, from whom the vehicle was taken, the amount of the difference between the amount of the vehicle's value and the amount paid by the lessee; c. the company shall pay to the Contracting Company a fixed amount of money for each day the fault was detected.
