Transcripts/Academic Records Please note that an attested/certified copy means the issuing institution may certify each document page with their official school stamp and mail them to LSAC in the required manner. LSAC does not need or require documents to be notarized or apostilled.
Most colleges allow you to order copies of transcripts online, by mail, or in person via the office of admissions or registrar's office. You'll complete a transcript request form, pay a small fee, and may have to provide proof of identification.
