Qualifying for a TSI exemption or waiver grants students the eligibility to enroll in entry-level college courses without the need for the TSI Assessment, nor a requirement to enroll in developmental courses.
Students can demonstrate college readiness through a list of approved exemptions. A student who successfully completes a college preparatory course is exempt for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of high school graduation with respect to the content area of the course.
