Qualifications: Four members of the board must be Florida real estate appraisers who have been engaged in appraising real property in Florida for at least 5 years. One Florida member must represent the appraisal management industry.
The FREAB is comprised of nine members (four appraisers, two Appraisal Management Company members, one user of appraisal service and two Florida residents with no connection to the practice of real estate appraisal).
