A DSO at a SEVP-certified school must transfer the SEVIS records for any F-1 student accepted at another SEVP-certified school. A DSO may not refuse to transfer the SEVIS record of any student accepted by another school certified by SEVP for reasons that include, but are not limited to, financial or business reasons.
You need to inform the DSO that you have arrived in the United States and want to transfer immediately to another SEVP-certified school. You must show proof of acceptance to your new school.
