It happened to me, my advice would be to open cunyfirst in an incognito window and try to login then. Make sure ur logging into CUNYFirst not the CUNY Application Site, worst comes to worst reset your password then try to use ur new password to login on incognito or on Firefox and it should work !!
The default password are the first initials of your first and last name, capitalized, followed by the 4-digit year you were born, 2-digit month of birth and 4th and 5th digit of your CUNYfirst EMPLID.
