To apply for a permit, please select 'apply for a permit online' below that will take you to our Surrey Permit site. The first time you apply, you will need to create an account. You can also apply for a permit over the phone on 0330 175 5930*, but it is usually quicker to complete the process if you can do it online.
Undergraduates are eligible for campus parking permits by exemption only. Undergraduate students facing an extraordinary hardship, medical condition, or disability or who otherwise demonstrate a compelling need for a personal vehicle may apply for a permit.
If you're visiting the University, you're welcome to park for free in Lot 23 at 80 Pyne Drive. This is available on weekdays from 8am - 5pm. On weekends and after 5pm on weekdays, you may use any numbered and non-restricted parking lots, including the West Garage and North Garage.
