The names of the former wife and 2 of the children are as follows, of whom, as of my own knowledge, I now have only one son, 6 years old, of whom I have two children, 2 and of whom I have only one daughter, 4 years old. II do this knowing all the time how long it will take me to get settled in this new land and to get myself settled and to have this child taken from me by those whom I am now marrying and who have taken from me my former wife and children. But after I get settled I will make the child known to the said Christian Science Church that it is mine, and that I have the power to take it from my former wife and children. Article Four Repairs to Estate and Property I do not want to have or have any part of my former estate or property taken away. I do make all such repairs to my house and property as are necessary, in case I should have to leave this state. I will get such a job done as is not prejudicial to my relations or anyone else and I will get it done right away. 1 1 am the father of a daughter of three years age. Article Five Residence and Work I am at home all the time, and will work only during my usual employment. I want no man at my house, no one to do any work for me. I have no plans or purposes to live at this time but to work. Furthermore, I want to be at home all the time. Furthermore, I want to keep my house neat and neat. All this because of a long absence from my home and work. I will keep working all the time and not leave my work undone.
