[Pause] >> Good morning or afternoon. Tara Mitchell, and I'm here to show you the online GSA Advantage website. We're going to be doing live online training here, and we're going to show you the basics of GSA Advantage. So today the topics of discussion, we are going to look at the home page functionality, we're going to look at registration and logging in, the searching capabilities, checkout process, shopping cart options, and your order history and status. So the website for GSA Advantage, if you can see there along the top, it is www.gsaadvantage.gov. This is the home page of GSA Advantage, and as you can see there is quite a bit on the screen here. We'll cover these first before we go in and do some product searches. So I scroll down, you can see there is special programs section, strategic sourcing, and then other information, state and local contractors and for help. One thing that I like to advise is when you first come into Advantage that you go ahead, and you actually register for the tool. You can click on this hyperlink in the upper right that says register. It is going to ask if you are federal government or state and local government, this tool can be used by both, so we're going to self-identify as federal government. Submit. So very self-explanatory, you assign your own user ID and password. Password hint, okay? So you're going to go ahead and enter your information. And click on register. And I'm going to go ahead and log into my test environment, so we'll say that I just registered, and I'm going to go ahead and log in. Click on the log in hyperlink in the upper right, and then log in. [Pause] While we're waiting for it to log in, one benefit of logging in, there are special, say, storefronts within GSA Advantage depending on the agency that you work for. So when you log in, for example, and you identify yourself as Air Force or VA it will actually give you very specific information for your agency in the tool, if there's BPA's that your agency has established that have been loaded up into GSA Advantage, you'll see those, as well. For example, with the VA you'll have access to those VA mandatory schedules that you should be using. I logged in with My Account here, so it does show as me with GSA Advantage, under the GSA Advantage. And so what we're going to do here is now that we're logged in, as I scroll down you're going to see a message center. So it's now showing me some previous activity that I've had within GSA Advantage, so I have some orders that I've placed, I have one that I've put a cancellation request in for. So you'll notice that that's different, as well, as long as it's saying welcome, you'll also see any new activity within Advantage. Again, as I'm scrolling down here, the special programs, the reason that you would use these, if for example is you're looking for a specific item within a specific category. You can also search for those in the other way that I'm going to show you, but if you only want to look for...
