Instructions and Help about k12 nvva form
Hi everyone thanks you for taking the time to look at this presentation this is our junior senior prom proposal for 2012 there has been a lot of talk amongst the students about us holding a prom we have had successful field trips over the last several years, and we could really enjoy having our first high school dance it would be a good idea to try this out with our older students so what better dance to start with then our first high school prom even though many of our families have chosen an online education there are still things that our families and us are missing out on am I regret such as being able to have memorable experiences of going to a high school prom because of budget and time constraints this proposal is inclusive of all aspects of the prom along with research and agreements with vendors after taking a look at what other high schools in our districts are doing for their prompts I found the following most are inching up ballrooms and local casinos hiring and companies to decorate and some of the more upscale schools already been hiring in party planners unfortunately many of the casinos are requiring down payments and so the companies that decorate this is what I propose for it first prom there's a teen club here in town called frozen 75 421 this club is licensed and insured for teams and all the staff has a track on trucks this club is room for 350 people and has a dance floor with tons of new lighting a DJ booth a small stage the IP seating area and a small refreshment stand the owner is willing to write on his teen club for six hundred dollars on a Friday night, and I'll be an extra hundred fifty dollars for DJ along with five dollars per ticket to pay for a five by seven photos this is an amazing deal for us, and we would be able to pay for the prom we would only need 18 people or basically nine couples to cover the cost of the prom at $45 a person after checking the local schools here in Clark County they are charging forty to sixty dollars a ticket now this would be a very basic prom 14 and 15-year-olds will need to sing a permission slip additional items that I would like to propose the prom would only be added if we have the participation to supply them these add-ons would be food and drinks I don't think we should have full dinners at the prom most students and adults I've spoken to didn't need it they're from they either went on to dinner before or after the home I propose appetizers farmer voice a local restaurant has said they will make up platters and sandwiches burritos and salad wraps for forty dollars for 10 people I also propose we buy a bunch of two liter sodas and plastic cups now food and drinks could be something optional because there is a small refreshment bar in the clot where students could buy a soda on their own one hand on that we could easily accomplish and make this a dream day for 10 of India's finest what if you have a prom court at prom king and queen for juniors and seniors would be determined...
