Marriage licenses are issued by appointment only in the Elko County Clerk's Office from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday through Friday (Excluding Holidays). To schedule an appointment, please call (775) 753-4600 (Option 0).
Recording Fees Non-certified copies are $1 per page. A clerk's certification fee is $5. Additional postage for over-sized copies is $1.
Recording fee: $30.00 first page ($40.00 for DEEDS), $10.00 per each additional printed page and $10.00 notation fee to note the 'original' recorded document.
To record it through the mail, send the original document to the Bexar County Clerk's Office in the Courthouse. The recording fee is $25 for the 1st page and $4 for each additional page (per document).
Recording Deeds The recording fee is $36 for the 1st page and $4 for each additional page (per document). Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, or money order.
Our recording fees are $25.00 for the first page and $4.00 for every page after. We also require a self-addressed stamped envelope to be sent along with the recordings for us to return the recordings in. Note: We do not have UPS or FEDEX pickup at our office.
