How to fill out hand hygiene and glove:

01
Start by washing your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Make sure to clean all areas, including the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails.
02
Dry your hands thoroughly using a clean towel or hand dryer.
03
Put on disposable gloves by selecting the right size and type for the task at hand. Ensure that the gloves are not torn or damaged.
04
Hold the glove by its cuff and stretch it open with your dominant hand. Insert your non-dominant hand into the glove, being careful not to touch the outside surface.
05
Pull the glove carefully over your hand, making sure it covers your wrist and goes past your gown or cuffs if you're wearing them.
06
Repeat the process for the other hand, using your gloved hand to touch only the inside of the second glove.
07
Adjust the gloves to ensure a comfortable and snug fit, allowing for easy movement and dexterity.
08
After completing the task or before moving to a different patient or surface, remove and discard the gloves properly. Grasp the outside edge near the wrist of one glove and peel it off, turning it inside out as you go.
09
With the gloved hand now inside the removed glove, hold the outside edge near the wrist of the remaining glove and peel it off, again turning it inside out as you go, so the first glove is now enveloped inside the second glove.
10
Dispose of the gloves in an appropriate waste bin and immediately wash your hands with soap and water.
