Hi it's Vanessa Kevin from Pre-K pages com, and today I'm going to take you on a little tour of the editable lesson plans kit so here I have the document open in Adobe Reader is a free program that is probably already on your computer the first thing you need to do is check to see if you have Adobe Reader and then make sure it is updated Adobe Reader needs to be updated frequently so that your document will have complete functionality on page three you'll find the instructions I want you to pay close attention to the instructions because this isn't just your regular PDF document this is a JavaScript enabled fillable form document which means it has a lot of functionality that you're probably not used to in a PDF therefore the instructions are of the utmost importance, so please please please take the time to read the instructions very carefully on page 5 you have the table of contents because this is a very large file we have hyperlinked the table of contents for you so all you have to do is find the place that you would like to go to first so if you click on any of these hyperlinks here you'll be taken to that section in the document so the first thing you'll see are the covers there's three different types of covers available to you if you find one you like you simply put your cursor inside the box, and you can type whatever you would like you can type your name in there you can type your school year whatever you want you can type in the box remember any changes that you make to the document will need to be saved, so I recommend doing save adds file save as anytime you would like to make changes to the document and then give it a different name okay so after your three cover choices there you can print, and you can print just one page this is large file with many pages included so to print just one-page this is page seven that I just made changes to, so I'm going to go to file print pages 7 through 7 I will only print page 7, and then I hit print you're also going to want to make sure that you don't have your printer set to grayscale if you would like to have the cover in color if you don't want the cover in color then just select grayscale instead okay, so I'm going to cancel out of that and here we have on page 10 if you do themes here's a little grid you can put your themes into you click inside the box, and you type whatever you want if you're more of a list person we have that page 12 is going to give you all the very specific directions for using this document need you to read page 12 very carefully the first thing you'll see after you read the directions thoroughly is the 10th is the template just the basic template this one is not added to Bowl this just gives you an idea of what it looks like I have included both black and white and color throughout, so you can always choose if you would like to print your plans in black and white or color, so this is just an example and then if you keep scrolling down you'll start to see the...
