The applicant has the right to have additional information regarding the basis for the decision made by the bureau to be furnished to the applicant. (Note: this letter does not change the deadline for the submission of revised roof access plans — the filing requirements remain the same.) The applicant also has the right to request further information concerning the basis for the decision in lieu of the letter. The bureau may require additional information or clarification in order to assure the validity of a modification that has not been approved, and may require the applicant to present additional proof of compliance.
