Hello and welcome to the Chronos upgradepresentation for time keepers andmanagers this presentation is part ofour process improvement that we've beenworking on we've already begun some ofthese elements and we're going tocontinue working on these processimprovements throughout the coming monthor two as you'll notice we've alreadydone some of these items we've givendepartments an extended time period toget the time cards entered correctly andso that deadline is now midnight on payMonday we've also already given allemployees access to view their owntimecard and accruals using somethingcalleda PC view license within Kronosemployees should be using that now andnot using the my time detail link thatis on the Kronos page as we go forwardwe're also going to be getting into anemployee approval of the timecard andthose just again getting us to thatpoint where the employees are heldaccountable for the timecard employeesare encouraged to be looking at theirtimecard every day to make sure that allof the entries are on and are correctwe're also bringing on a new phonesystem our current phone system is goingto be retired and this new phone systemwill come up simultaneous with theupgraded Kronos so the new features thatwe are going to have the tell time isthe new phone system and the timekeepersand managers will have a new view inKronos called the navigator viewcurrently we all have the classic viewand when we do the upgrade employeeswill keep that classic view but managersand timekeepers will have the newnavigator view one of the new elementsis the G tour that stands for globaltime off request and it is a bit of amouthful and so we've already adoptedthe acronym G tour we have a little biton the FMLA leave editor we're familiarwith that that will work the very sameway but we will have a couple of slidesregarding FML and how that's requestedand how thatlooks on the timecard we have just aminor change on the historical edits andso that's just one slide as you can seewe do have some improvement to thereports and so that's some good newsthere for people that are using thereports within Kronos as timekeepers youshould be already familiar with the myinformation tab that you have and that'swhere you look at your time when youlook at your timecard your accruals andso on if when we go forward with theupgrade you will still have a sectioncalled my information where you willalso make your request for time off andso on we're simply moving that or chronosays move that to a slightly differentlocation so we'll want to make sure thatwe know where that's located the go-liveis March 18th that means we're takingthe system down March 18tharound 8:00 8:15 in the morning thattime will be announced as we get closerto that date the system will come downand then later that day then it willcome back up as the new Chronos ofcourse we need to know who to call whatif we do have a question or a problemand then we'll do a brief demonstrationof the system and if you do havequestions after...
