Hi there this is Gary with CCS today I'm going to show you all the new features and enhancements that you can find in the news Amber a platform the very first thing I want to point out is the streamlined user interface the web client has been completely redesigned and the focus is mostly on simplicity and accessibility the interface is way more streamlined and common actions are easily discoverable and highly intuitive to use and one of those new features that has been rolled out is the conversation view, and I'd like to go talk about that for a minute first thing you'd like to notice is this email thread that I have booked between myself and who Sam has about 17 messages back and forth and then the actual window over here you can see the most recent conversation at the top and all the additional conversations that we've had all the way down below and is very easy to activate this feature what you want to do is pick the View button up here in the top right-hand corner, and you can change your view to have a by conversation which we got which I currently have activated and there is the x message of you as well and this view is the traditional one message at a time, and you'll see all the threads within each email itself but with the conversation view as if I click the View button and select conversation again all of those emails get put nicely together into this little thread, and we'll show that there are 17 messages you can also move this window as well so instead having the reading pane on the right which some users prefer I prefer it down at the bottom and the reason why I like it down here is because that's the most recent message is still at the top and all the older message are down here at the bottom activity streams give users extensive control over their inbox and how they interact with the messages they receive, and I'd like to show you how it works first thing you need to do is over here on the left-hand side where you see folders there's little gear icon right here, and you will select activity stream and basically what this does are that it will be set to default as disabled but if you enable it what it would basically do is create some rules which will say how some messages will come into your inbox itself so once you have it enabled you can either have messages sent through distribution lists to which I'm subscribed commercial mass marketing or bulk mail messages where my address is not in the two or the two or CC field and messages from people not in my dress book, so I'm going to go ahead and act my activity stream, and you'll see right up here at the top the filters have been saved and over here on the left-hand side you're going to see a brand-new folder called activity stream now I have set this up onto my on to my account, so I am going to send myself a message and see what happens it has just sent from my other message folder and if I refresh my grief male you're going to see that I now have a message down over here and if...
