Provide 30 chest compressions at a rate of approximately 100-120 compressions per minute.
7. Deliver rescue breaths: After performing the initial 30 chest compressions, give two rescue breaths. Pinch the victim's nose shut, create a proper seal around their mouth, and blow firmly until you see their chest rise. Each breath should last about one second.
8. Continue CPR cycles: Continue to perform cycles of 30 chest compressions followed by two rescue breaths until help arrives or the victim shows signs of responsiveness or begins to breathe on their own.
