In general for RCI North America as long as the transaction is checking in more than a week from when you make the reservation you have a 24 hr grace period to get back all your money for extra vacations, and both the exchange fee and trading power or points for exchanges.

When a 7-night RCI Weeks® vacation is put on hold, you have until the close of business* the following day to either confirm or release the unit. If the vacation is not confirmed, it will be automatically released.

Return Policy Return merchandise authorization must be obtained prior to a return or exchange of product. All returned products must be repackaged, powdercoated, and inventoried at RCI, and thus we require a 15% restocking fee for non-warranty returns. All shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
