Most of the information published in the internet today will be found in English and if the information is not in English it is more difficult to understand. The data generated in web can be categorized in a simple way. For example as information is created in web the data is clustered in different locations. Although this concept is not new; it is being used with increasing frequency. Therefore, a classifiable and useful technique is being developed. Information on web can be partitioned into different places and based on the user's demand in terms of classification the clustering can be set up in the user's web browser. The clusters can be used to predict the type and amount of information on web based on the user's demand for categorization. In our experience in developing websites, our company has noticed a major use of clustering. Our web pages, which are usually built on the most simplistic web technologies are categorized to a lot of groups of sites. However, if a user has some prior understanding of website architecture and data structures, then by choosing some appropriate clustering scheme the information retrieval from the user's screen will become much easier. In order to create a more intuitive user interface one can consider the need of a quick information retrieval on our web pages. To give an example we shall consider a simple website. A user clicks on a link and goes to a certain website. The result of his web query is displayed in a web page. This web page has some information of interest: A user can choose to read our data and understand its structure by clicking on the data items to see how the data looks like. The user can click 'more information' to see more details about the data. In this way, the data will be organized visually, so that the user can decide what items to look at more closely to understand it. On the other hand, the user can go back to the beginning of the page and take a look at the information if he has no interest in it. The clustering scheme we have adopted is the simplest form of hierarchical clustering. By using the information from the user's screen, the information in the web page should be assigned a set of groups by the user, or he can go back to his initial view. If the initial structure of the data is interesting to a user then clustering will be the best method to choose an appropriate grouping scheme, e.g. by user demand and the interest level of the information.
