To apply for an owner-builder certificate of consent you must pay a fee of $235.40. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the application.
Lodgement fee: Approximately $120 – $140 depending on your council. Dwelling additions: Minimum fee of approximately $1,350; minimum fee of approximately $2,500 for single dwelling; minimum fee of approximately $3,700 for multiple dwellings. Extension of time for building permit: Approximately $250 – $300.
