GHG Reporting Forms are used to obtain and record greenhouse gas emissions information for a subpart under the GHG Reporting Act (41 USC 16901 et seq.) and the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAANS).
The Report Forms are downloadable from the website of the EPA's Office of Air and Radiation.
These required GHG reporting forms are available for two categories of reporting:
· All subparts are required to make GHG emissions data submitted electronically accessible in accordance with the Public Access to Records Act (see 43 CFR Part 553).
· The subpart administrator requires reports for those subparts to be made into electronically accessible, downloadable reporting forms.
