The wells shall be located and marked to provide a way to identify the source of a release to groundwater (e.g., drilling well pump station). 3. Each sampling method of Groundwater Quality Monitoring Facility (GPM) used (e.g., sampling well, groundwater monitoring device or borehole) shall be operated and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the applicable regulatory agency. 4.
