A Rib Cook-Off will be held along with the Hispanic Heritage Festival as well as a Custom Car Show beginning at NOON with many activities for the family and great LIVE music. Enclosed you will find an entry form and a list of rules for the Pork Rib Cook-Off. All entries MUST be postmarked by Monday September 12th 2011 for a guaranteed entry.
