How to fill out phpdoc

How to fill out phpdoc:

01
Start by installing phpDocumentor, which is a tool for generating code documentation from PHP source code. You can download phpDocumentor from the official website or use Composer to install it.
02
Once phpDocumentor is installed, navigate to the directory where your PHP files are located.
03
In the command line, run the phpDocumentor command followed by the name of the directory or file that you want to document. For example, if you want to generate documentation for all PHP files in the current directory, you can use the command: phpdoc run -d .
04
phpDocumentor will parse your PHP files and generate HTML documentation based on the code comments. To add documentation to your code, you need to use special PHPDoc tags inside the comments. These tags provide information about the purpose, parameters, and return value of your functions and classes.
05
To document a function, begin by adding a comment block above the function declaration. Inside the comment block, use the @param tag to specify the name and type of each parameter, and the @return tag to specify the return type. You can also include a description of the function's purpose using regular comments.
06
Similarly, to document a class, add a comment block above the class declaration. Inside the comment block, use the @property and @method tags to specify the properties and methods of the class, along with their respective types and descriptions.
07
Remember to be consistent and thorough when documenting your code. Provide clear and concise descriptions for each function and class, and make sure to include any relevant details about the parameters, return values, and expected behavior.
08
Once you have added the necessary documentation to your code, run phpDocumentor again to generate the updated documentation. You can specify different output formats and options using command line arguments.
