How to fill out basic first aid CPR:

01
First, check the surroundings for any potential dangers or hazards. It is important to ensure the safety of both the victim and yourself before beginning any first aid procedures.
02
Assess the victim's consciousness by gently tapping their shoulders and asking if they are okay. If there is no response, shout for help and call emergency services immediately.
03
Open the victim's airway by tilting their head back and lifting their chin. This helps to ensure a clear passage for air to flow into the lungs.
04
Check for breathing by placing your ear close to the victim's mouth and nose to listen for any sounds of breath. Look for chest movement that indicates breathing. If the victim is not breathing or only gasping, begin CPR immediately.
05
Start chest compressions by placing the heel of your hand on the center of the victim's chest, in between the nipples. Interlock your other hand on top and straighten your arms. Compress the chest at least 2 inches deep and at a rate of 100 to 120 compressions per minute. Ensure full chest recoil between compressions.
06
After 30 compressions, give two rescue breaths. Tilt the victim's head back, pinch their nose closed, and create a seal over their mouth with yours. Give a breath that makes the chest visibly rise, then repeat.
07
Continue CPR with cycles of 30 compressions and two breaths until help arrives or the victim shows signs of life, such as normal breathing or movement.
