The Torch Awards Program is one of Business Professionals of America's most prestigious opportunities for student members to showcase their dedication to leadership, service, and personal development.
Torch Award Program Overview and Instructions Students complete activities in the seven Torch categories — Leadership; Service; Cooperation; Knowledge; Friendship; Love, Hope, Faith; and Patriotism — then log their activities in an online Torch Résumé.
1) Complete one Cadette Leadership Journey. 2) Serve for one full term in a leadership position at your school, place of worship, library, town council, community center, after-school club, or a similar organization.
Students complete activities in the seven Torch categories: Leadership; Service; Cooperation; Knowledge; Friendship; Love, Hope, Faith; and Citizenship - then log their activities in an online Torch Résumé. Each activity is worth 5, 10, 15, or 20 points.
