After these regular classes are judged, all the male dogs that won first place in a class compete again to be named best male (Winners Dog), who receives Championship points and a purple ribbon.
NOVICE B: This class offers the same exercises as in Novice A, but is for exhibitors that have either titled a dog before or exhibitors that co-own a dog with someone that has titled a dog before. This is the class that is also used by professional handlers and/or trainers.
The owner must be a resident of the United States, or one of it's possessions or territories. The dog must be of a breed eligible for AKC registration. The dog must first be registered with a domestic registry acceptable to the AKC (see below).
