In this chapter: (a) “Apartment” is any portion of the property, including one or more rooms or enclosed spaces located on one or more floors, or part or parts thereof, in a building, or a part of a parcel of real estate situated in a manufactured home park upon which one or more manufactured homes are located. (b) “Division” means the real estate division of the state, a separate subdivision designated by this state or by another state or jurisdiction. 2. A manufactured home is a recreational home, living units, mobile home, mobile home park unit manufactured for use as an extended living room, patio or porch, or a trailer or similar trailer type manufactured for use as an “extended living room” or similar device and designed for the transportation of a person who occupies the trailer, as defined in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rule, on its own or with a towed unit or both. 4-A.5. “Electronic communications' system” means an interconnected set-top box, cable modem, or computer peripheral that provides a person with the ability to communicate with wireless or wire-line service or other persons over the Internet or other interactive computer network. 515.21 Maintenance of public utilities. A person may not establish, own or maintain a service for the provision of heating, cooling, electricity, water or waste collection services to an individual. Such service shall be available to and be maintained by the local public utility authority of the residence district in which the premises are located, or if the premises are located in a village, the board of trustees of the village. Sec. 16. M/S&S/M/WSS 515.29. Service for individual. A person may only use the service of a provider, as defined in subdivision 5 or 5.1 of section 515.01, for which the person's residence is recorded, unless the person has a written express agreement of a specific residence with the provider for such service. It shall be unlawful for a provider to refuse authorization of a person to use a service. Sec. 17. M/S/S/SSG 515.31. Use by private parties. (a) As used in this chapter, “person” means a minor or an adult or both.
