The LT-G-BAK™ kit contains 2 grams of 2-Aminobenzoic acid (2-AM), 0.15 grams of 2-Aminobenzoic acid, and 0.45 grams of Anthranilic acid (AAP) in a glass vial for chromatography or to test for free reducing terminus. These are the only two labelled gleans available for Chromatographic gleans. The LT-G-AAP™ kit contains 2.2 grams of 2-ATP, 0.09 grams of 2-ATP and 0.4 grams of AP in a glass vial for sequencing and HPLC. This kit can be used for chromatographic labeling of gleans.
Gel Description
Ludwig's gel is available in both 2-AAA and 2-AA and is used in many chromatographic and sequencing applications. This can include:
• Glean labeling for mass spectrometry
• Chromatography gleans:
DNA, RNA or any other nucleic acid or polymer
• Mass spectrometry gleans with free-reducing terminus, for example, gleans with exoglycosidases or RNA sequencing:
RNA sequencing gleans with exoglycosidases and for sequencing data
Nucleic acid sequencing gleans
A gel with two different gels gives a better readout of the different concentrations of gleans, but also will need different quantities of gelled gleans. You can therefore use 2-AA for chromatography and 2-AAA for sequencing gleans.
Ludwig's product line also contains 2-Aminobenzoic acid and 2-Aminobenzoic acid free-reducing terminates in 2-Vials™, which work well for chromatography, and 2-ATP, which is useful for sequence data analysis. Also, available are both gels in a 2-Laxative vial.
