General Annual Wage Increases and Cost-of-Living-Adjustments (COLA) As PSEs receive no COLA, there will be an additional 1% increase each year (2.3%, 2.4%, and 2.5%) with an extra 50 cents/hour after 26 weeks.
The Postal Service's agreement with the National Rural Letter Carriers' Association runs through May 20, 2027. The National Rural Letter Carriers' Association membership has ratified a new three-year labor contract with the Postal Service. The agreement will run through May 20, 2027.
If a carrier works more than 2,240 hours within the guarantee period, the agreement under FLSA section 7(b)(2) is considered void, and the carrier must be compensated for all hours worked during the guarantee period in accordance with FLSA, section 7(a).
