How to fill out basic life support bls-c:

01
Start by reviewing the BLS-C guidelines and familiarizing yourself with the necessary steps and procedures.
02
Ensure that you have all the required equipment and supplies readily available, such as CPR masks, AED (Automated External Defibrillator) machines, and barrier devices.
03
Begin the process by assessing the situation and checking for any potential dangers to yourself and others around you. Ensure that the scene is safe before proceeding.
04
Evaluate the victim's responsiveness by gently tapping their shoulder and asking if they are okay. If the victim is unresponsive, shout for help or activate the emergency medical system.
05
If there is no breathing or normal breathing from the victim, provide chest compressions. Place the heel of one hand on the center of the victim's chest and interlace your fingers. Perform compressions at a rate of 100-120 per minute, ensuring that you fully release pressure between each compression.
06
After performing 30 chest compressions, provide rescue breaths. Tilt the victim's head back, pinch their nose shut, and create a complete seal over their mouth. Give two breaths, each lasting about one second.
07
Continue performing cycles of 30 compressions and two breaths until help arrives or the victim shows signs of life.
08
If an AED is available, follow the device's instructions and apply the pads to the victim's chest as directed. Ensure that nobody is touching the victim during the analysis and delivery of shocks.
09
While waiting for help to arrive or for further medical intervention, provide reassurance and comfort to the victim and any bystanders present.
