13. Transfer the column to a new collection tube and centrifuge at maximum speed for 1 minute to remove trace ethanol.
14. Place the column in a clean microcentrifuge tube.
15. Add 50 μl of Elution Buffer to the center of the column and let it stand for 1 minute.
16. Centrifuge the column at maximum speed for 30 seconds to elute the purified DNA.
17. Store the purified DNA at -20°C or proceed with downstream applications.
