Step 7: Place your hands on the center of the person's chest and compress hard and fast, aiming for a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute.

Step 8: After 30 compressions, give 2 rescue breaths by sealing your mouth over the person's mouth and nose and blowing until you see their chest rise.

Step 9: Continue the cycle of 30 compressions and 2 rescue breaths until help arrives or the person starts breathing on their own.

Step 10: If the person starts breathing, place them in the recovery position and monitor their condition until help arrives.
