Step 7: Give Rescue Breaths – Pinch the casualty's nose shut, tilt their head back, and give two rescue breaths. Each breath should last about 1 second and make the chest rise visibly.

Step 8: Continue CPR – Repeat the cycle of 30 chest compressions followed by 2 rescue breaths until help arrives or the casualty shows signs of recovery.

Step 9: Use an AED (if available) – If an automated external defibrillator (AED) is available, follow the prompts and use it as soon as possible.

Step 10: Stay with the Casualty – Offer reassurance and monitor their condition until medical professionals take over.
