Step 7: Release your arms back down and step your left foot forward to meet your right foot. Repeat the lunge and stretch with your right foot back. Hold for a few breaths.

Step 8: Return to a standing position and lower yourself down to the ground into a seated position. Cross your legs and sit up tall, placing your hands on your knees.

Step 9: Take a few moments to focus on your breath and relax into this seated position.

Step 10: When you are ready, slowly come out of the seated position and return to a standing position. Take a few final deep breaths before ending your Linda Wellness Warrior Yoga practice.
