Instructions and Help about TX VS-170

[Music] hi guys Sean here from Logitech now today we're going to be going through the Nikon commission lineup of cameras now this is a lineup of kind of action cam style cameras that Nick on came out with around November 2016 what I've found from talking to customers and saw that is that some people are a little confused as to the differences between the three models in the lineup I thought I'd make this video to go through the different the differences so that if you're in the market for one of these types of cameras you can know the strengths and weaknesses of each one and decide which one is the best for you now there are three cameras in this lineup there's a key mission 361 70 and 80 the numbers in the name actually refer to the field of view that each camera has so the key mission 360 has a 360 degree field of view so 360 camera which is a little unique the 170 has a 170 degree field of view which is kind of like your GoPro wide-angle and then the 80 has a more traditional 80 degree fields of view now there are a lot of similarities between these cameras, but there are a number of important differences the most obvious one being the form factor they all have a very distinct form factor we'll discuss all of those different points here but let's start with the key mission 360 so being a 360-degree camera the key mission 360 is definitely the unique of the key mission lineup it's certainly the one that's gotten the most attention so far and the way it works is it actually has two lenses one on either side of the camera when it takes a photo or video it's going to take the image from each line and stitch it together in camera in terms of build quality the 360 is definitely the nicest build out of the three key mission products does come with this nice little silicon jacket as well it is waterproof to 30 meters which is a hundred feet shockproof to 2 meters dustproof freeze proof to minus 10 degrees Celsius, so a fairly rugged camera in terms of operation it's really quite simple there's only two buttons on the whole camera you've got a button to take photos and a button to take videos now these buttons double as power on and off and also to start it pairing with your mobile device depending on how long you hold the buttons on the side here we have the waterproof port which when you open it up you've got access to the USB HDMI ports the slot for the micro SD card and your battery now this is a removable Nikon en il-12 battery, so you can have a bunch and swap mode as you need each battery is rated for about an hour and 10 minutes worth of video on the commission 360 on the bottom here we've got a standard quarter 20 tripod mounts this is very useful it will allow you to mount the key mission 360 anywhere that you might mount a regular more traditional camera so each of the two lenses on the key mission 360 is a 20 megapixel f/2 lens so when you've got that stitched together that allows you to take 30 megapixel 360-degree photos which is...
