The Ohio Board of Education in its discretion may make a finding pursuant to Ohio Code section 115.085 or the Ohio Revised Code and require the adjustment of the book-entry and electronic fund-raising total to account for the deficiency discovered by the Independent Auditor. If the Board of Education so finds, we will notify the Independent Auditor and the Board of either amendment or correction to the statements of financial condition of the Water District. We have also concluded that the report filed by the Water District with the State Board of Education, which it submitted pursuant to Ohio Code section 117.05, is sufficient in form and substance to support the statement of financial condition of the Water District.
