Place each brick paver onto the base layer, leaving a small gap (about 1/4 inch) between each paver for jointing sand.

Continue laying the pavers in rows or patterns until the entire area is covered.

Once all the pavers are in place, spread jointing sand over the surface, making sure it fills the gaps between the pavers.

Use a broom to sweep the sand into the joints, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Compact the pavers once again with the plate compactor, gently vibrating the surface to settle the sand and lock the bricks in place.

Finally, use a hose or sprinkler to wet the surface, which will help the sand settle and solidify.
