It's how are you all doing I just want to let you know I just wanted to check in I have everything submitted to the insurance company, so I'm super excited about that I had my last appointment with my dietician, and she sent the info to the doctor and the doctor did a really quick turnaround like superfast he had sent everything off to the insurance company so as of Monday, November 28th everything has been submitted now from everything I've read with Aetna it's about a 5 to 12 5 to 10 business day turnaround for them to approve or deny you, so you should know by December 12th at the latest, so I'm super excited I think I'm gonna actually call them and find out if they received everything that they need, so I need to do that let's see what else is going on for those of you that don't know I have a lot of trouble with my knees I'm not sure how much I've talked about that on here, but they hurt awful have had arthritis in there, so I've been getting actually when today and got steroid injections, and they help a lot that helps so much, but they hurt like it hurts I'm I don't know if everyone has this or if it's just me or what but like after I get them for a full day they hurt awful like, so I'm just resting today, and I'll get back in the gym tomorrow but yeah everything's going perfect I tell you what ever since I found out that those papers have been submitted to the insurance company time has like God Stood Still like seriously like it has been it seems like so forever, and so I've been like three days, so I'm just like itching to find out you know I feel so good when everything's scheduled, and I'm just I'm so ready I'm so excited I've been watching a lot of videos and making some list of stuff that I'll need for the pre-op diet and then the pre-op diet is two weeks liquid two weeks liquid diet for me, so I'm looking for Stephanie for that and then for the clear liquids for two weeks after surgery and then also for after that I'm also taking Netflix suggestions for a while I'm in the hospital recovering and whatnot so if you were to put this below your favorite bingeworthy shows, and I've been thinking about doing some sort of little project while I'm recovering, and I know she was a gap and walk around like don't worry I'm not just thinking about like sitting on my butt the whole time, but I know there will be downtime, and I won't be chasing my son so awesome every time I think I'm gonna I crochet, so I haven't done it in a while though like since my son was born probably, and he just turned 2, but I think I'm going to make some hats either to donate to the local shelter or to donate to the NICU here at the hospital nearby I think I'm going to do that but yeah, so I say all that does just say I'm taking suggestions what did you guys do while you're recovering did you just really how like sleeping or were you know up and ready and moving around and also oh yeah anything that you want to suggest that's like not the standard you know...
