Hey guys it's me again Ron Williams and Ron Williams YouTube channel natural Mr. universe seven times you know we never really talk about cardio very much I just want to tell you just a few things that are important about working the cardiovascular system once they're put a high number two is when you're trying to lean out the body one of the things that's required to burn body fat is oxygen and what cardio does it actually increases the oxygen to your system we hear the word aerobic the word aerobic and anaerobic means without their aerobic means with air so when you do aerobics or aerobics you have some promos table more oxygen to the system, and it burns body fat so if you want to get that lean tight ripped body you want to do aerobic exercises now what makes an exercise an aerobic exercise it has to be consistent for 12 to 15 minutes if you do an exercise consistently for 12 to 15 minutes at your training heart rate you're sending a signal to the body of that lesson you're promoting oxygen through your bloodstream, and it's going to help you decrease that extra body, so the aerobic aspect is very, very important in decreasing the body fat now you have two types of cardio you have the type of cardio where you train above your turn heart rate which actually it doesn't burn quite as much body fat, and you have some people that do interval training or farther training that type of cardio will help you decrease body fat and burn calories but what my objective here when I do cardio is to lean my body out and to send a signal to my body consistently the body only responds to signals if you wanted this decrease body fat you send fat loss signals their own over 75 different fat loss signals if you want to put on muscle mass you send a signal to the body and the body will simply respond to it unless there's something deeply medically wrong with you but send the proper signal the body will respond to it so when I'm doing cut you know my objective is to decrease body fat and to keep my heart healthy, so I do cardio up to a half hour never above a half hour and I want to make sure that whatever cardio I'm doing easy on the joint make sure it's joint friendly, so I'll do something that's low-impact that's very consistent now don't use a heart rate monitor absolutely not the way I get into the cardio vascular zone for myself and for the clients that I work with I have them trained at a rate where they can still talk, but it's hard to have a conversation there breathy, and they keep that really, really consistent they're uncomfortable, but they're still yet able to talk if you can't breathe yes okay if you're breathing like that that's anaerobic that's not a rowing, so you want to make sure you stay in your training heart rate zone burn the body fat and as you get more and more fit in better shape that will slightly increase so if you start off a little lower than far as your heart rate is concerned it's okay just keep getting better keep doing it stay...
